| Excursion along the East Coast of São Tomé |

| Experience coffee culture at São Tomé's highest plantation estate and learn about the coffee process still done in the traditional manner. | ||
| We'll take you down along the East Coast by Santana to enjoy the view of Ilhéu de Santana. In Água Izé we stop at the viewpoint, Miradouro d'Água Izé and visit the cocoa plantation of Água Izé. On our way we pass by Rio Iô Grande. |

| From here we continue to the natural blow-hole of Boca do inferno. |

| And then, at the antique plantation of Roça de São João a meal from the contemporary Santomean kitchen awaits us. After lunch, a visit at the installations of the plantation to see the treatment of coffee among others. |

| Next stop is Ribeira Afonso to visit the fishermen's village here and then Ribeira Peixe to see the waterfall. Finally, we continue to Praia das 7 Ondas to take a well deserved swim before we head back to city. |
